Thanks for sharing this post. I recently heard about a DUI lawyer in San Diego whose client ended up getting 10 years because in addition to driving drunk, they also had a child with them in the car, and when I say child, I mean that they had a little baby with them. I can’t think of anything more irresponsible than that. There wasn’t much that the lawyer could do in regards to plea this guys case, when you do something like that, they simply throw the book at you.
